Using the Redesigned Knowledge Bank in Cerego

Learn how to use the redesigned Knowledge Bank in Cerego. This guide covers updates to both the instructor-facing course view and the learner-facing dashboard view, including navigation, new metrics, and how to switch back to the classic interface if needed.

The Knowledge Bank has been fully refreshed to make it easier for instructors and learners to understand progress, retention, and study behavior. This guide walks through what’s changed and how to use the new views.

What’s Changed

Two Updated Views

Cerego has two separate Knowledge Bank views, and both have been redesigned:

  • Learner View: Helps individual learners understand their progress across courses
  • Course View: Helps instructors monitor learners in a specific course

Legacy versions are still available via the “Use Classic UI” link at the bottom right of each view.
