To create a new Survey:
To create a new survey �E�E�E
On the left-hand side of the screen, click the Course Tab �E�E�E
Select and click on the course that you want to add a survey to �E�E�E
Click the Add button on the right side of the screen �E�E�E
Select New Survey from the drop-down
There are four easy-to-create survey question templates: Single Select Multiple Choice Questions, Multiple Select Multiple Choice Questions, Free Response Questions, and Rating Questions
