How Do I Switch Between Departments?

If you are an administrator or creator who has access to multiple Cerego accounts or departments, you can easily switch which department you are viewing by following these steps:

1. In your side navigation panel, click on the down arrow next to your name.
2. Once the drop-down menu appears, click on the Switch Accounts option.
3. Select the department you'd like to view.
