Groups can be created in a few easy steps:
- In your side navigation panel, click on the Admin link.
- Click on the box that says Groups.
- Once on the main Groups landing page, click on the arrow in the box that says Create Smart Group to reveal your group options.
- Select which type of group you would like to create.
- Complete the boxes on the screen by inserting your group name and a description of the group.
- If you are creating a smart group, you'll need to identify rules that enroll and unenroll people in the group automatically.
- If you are creating a regular group, you'll need to insert individual email addresses for each person you'd like to enroll in the group.
