How Do I Create Groups?

Groups can be created in a few easy steps:

  1. In your side navigation panel, click on the Admin link.
  2. Click on the box that says Groups.
  3. Once on the main Groups landing page, click on the arrow in the box that says Create Smart Group to reveal your group options.
  4. Select which type of group you would like to create.
  5. Complete the boxes on the screen by inserting your group name and a description of the group.
    • If you are creating a smart group, you'll need to identify rules that enroll and unenroll people in the group automatically.
    • If you are creating a regular group, you'll need to insert individual email addresses for each person you'd like to enroll in the group.
