How Do I Create a New Survey?

  1. In your side navigation panel, click on the Courses link.
  2. Click on the course you'd like to add a survey to.
  3. This will take you to the course's main landing page.
  4. Navigate to the content section and click on the Add button to reveal a drop down menu.
  5. From this dropdown, select New Survey.
  6. In the top left hand corner of your screen, click on the pencil tool to name your assessment or click on the gray circle to add a cover image for your assessment.
  7. Add questions to your survey using the provided templates.
  8. When you are finished adding questions, click on the X in the top right hand corner of your screen.
  9. This will take you back to the main course landing page. To make edits to this survey later, click on the three dots at the end of the row.

    This will allow you to view and select customization options for this survey, including:
    • Duplicating the survey.
    • Adding the survey to content shared with others in your organization.
