1. In your side navigation panel, click on the Courses link.
2. Click on the course that contains the content you'd like to preview.
3. Scroll to the bottom of your screen and click the View Options button.
4. Select the Archive option to archive your course.
5. You'll know a course is archived because its status will change in the top left corner of the main course dashboard.
