Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA 20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) applies to educational institutions and agencies that receive funding under programs administered by the US Department of Education. As a private technology entity, Cerego does not fall into this category, but we take student data very seriously.
