Why is bulk upload not working?

If bulk upload isn't working, make sure you are saving your file properly

Sometimes bulk upload can be finicky! Be sure to save your file as CSV UTF-8. In Microsoft Excel you should this option when you navigate to Save As. In Google Sheets, navigate to Download and choose CSV and it should save as UTF-8 automatically. This usually does the trick!
