Resources > Glossary > Remote training
The practice of delivering training to new hires and employees while physically separate, as opposed to traditional, in-person training practices.
Remote training may be either synchronous (e.g. employees are all on the same call at the same time) or asynchronous (e.g. employees study training materials independently, at times that fit their individual schedules), or involve elements of both approaches.
