A form of training that applies directly to a business context. This can take the form of onboarding and training new hires, upskilling or reskilling current employees, or delivering training specific to a particular topic.
The Cerego Readiness Score™ is a way of measuring the effectiveness of training by offering insight into the readiness of any learner to perform, based on their learning progress and mastery of the coursework in Cerego. Unlike a traditional test, this score evolves over time to continuously reflect the current knowledge level, rather than a single snapshot of knowledge from an exam.
