The Job

Cerego is looking for an entry-level Customer Support Manager to help customers achieve their desired outcomes. As a member of our Solutions team, you will work with Sales, Marketing, and Learning Design to create meaningful interactions for institutions, organizations, and learners who use Cerego to accomplish their learning goals.

This is an entry-level position responsible for supporting onboarding, implementation, and outreach. Next level positions could be in Customer Success.

A typical day may include the following:

  • Handling support tickets and support emails to answer customer and user questions
  • Creating and updating our library of FAQ and other support documents (so that you spend less time handling support tickets!)
  • Emailing with a university professor to provide best practices for motivating learners
  • Running a quality check to find any performance issues with a course that is about to launch
  • Writing and recording a training video to help a faculty member make the best use of our analytics
  • Helping to organize a training webinar to teach a content creation best practices
  • Brainstorming with fellow Cerego team members to come up with new ideas for improving the experience of educators and learners on Cerego

Successful candidates will have:

  • A highly customer-focused attitude
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, account management, or another customer-facing role
  • A love for problem-solving and helping people
  • Interest and/or experience in adult learning, corporate L&D, or higher education
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with and develop long-term relationships with customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in the English language
  • The ability to be a self-starter and to work cross-functionally with other teams
  • Interest in learning design and technology is a huge plus!
