Cerego is looking for an entry-level Customer Support Manager to help customers achieve their desired outcomes. As a member of our Solutions team, you will work with Sales, Marketing, and Learning Design to create meaningful interactions for institutions, organizations, and learners who use Cerego to accomplish their learning goals.
This is an entry-level position responsible for supporting onboarding, implementation, and outreach. Next level positions could be in Customer Success.
